Don't let Sasha miss her chance.

we were given a document with an extremely poor prognosis and prescribed conditions under which our five-year-old Sasha would not be resuscitated. Instead of further treatment, we were offered palliative care; we were effectively told to prepare for the worst.

At first, doctors said it was "temporary." But it only got worse. Symptoms of intestinal obstruction appeared , food wouldn't digest, and she wasn't gaining weight. Then Sasha began losing weight rapidly ... 💔

We visited every doctor in Rostov, took ambulances to hospitals, and underwent tests... But no one could figure out what was happening . Our child was literally melting away before our eyes ... 😭

We went to Moscow. There they diagnosed her… which turned out to be wrong . Sasha spent six months receiving treatment for the wrong illness .

She could only eat blended buckwheat and turkey . Any other food caused severe cramping and obstruction symptoms… 😢

Then more hospitals, tests, new diagnoses—and more mistakes . Ultimately, Sasha was given a central venous catheter to feed her intravenously … 💉

But even this did not help her grow .

In the summer of 2024, she suffered a severe attack of colitis. Fecal impaction, intoxication, severe pain . Sasha couldn't go to the bathroom and lost weight again... 💔😭

We went to dozens of doctors, federal centers, geneticists, immunologists... No one could help .

To save our child, we sold our apartment and went to Israel...

There the doctors immediately found the cause.

Sasha's colon barely functions . Food doesn't pass through. Her body can't digest food.

Diagnosis: desmosis coli .

To save her life, they urgently performed surgery and created an ileostomy .

Sasha is now 5 years old , but she weighs only 9.5 kg ... That's the weight of a two-year-old child... 😭💔

She has a long and difficult journey ahead of her: - learning to eat again - giving up intravenous feeding - gaining weight - getting her bowels working again

Only then will doctors be able to decide whether the intestine can be saved or whether it will have to be removed completely .

We went through years of pain, dozens of hospitals and operations. We sold everything we had .

But we can't lose our daughter... 😭💔
